Is beta theta pi a good fraternity to rush? How are their parties? Are the guys cool?

Beta is one of the more academically inclined fraternities on campus. They don't have parties often but when they do, the guys are extremely inviting and fun. Additionally, they have gained a lot of extremely attractive members in the past years. I would consider them underrated and under appreciated.

Beta is no where near considered a top house. Upper lower or bottom middle fraternity that doesn't have very many parties. Not much more to know

Beta never has parties. The guys are socially awkward but for some reason are really full of themselves. They've been falling hard, probably for about four years now.

They are full of themselves. Think they can get girls and can't.
