which frats to avoid?

The "top" three are obvious places to look but as far as the houses to avoid, comment 2 said it perfectly. I would include ATO unless you are looking for a dry house.
houses to consider that are not often deemed top 3 are Sigma Chi, Delta Chi, Sigma Nu, Chi psi, and Phi Psi. Cant go wrong with any of these\n\n\n\n\n

I heard ATO wasn't dry this fall, if it's true I think they would a solid choice as well.
