you cant talk dirty rushing without bringing up chi o too. maybe not that they have to pay for a whole house they dont have the $ to pay fines or also need to trick pnms into rushing them?
&aopi is not on probation, no house is now but aphi was last year

That some chapters are really appalled when one of your official chapter advisors says something like
: the UMN APhi chapter is light years ahead of all of the other chapters on campus.

I don’t know what went wrong with your PHC? What is your job description? Why do you take $$$ from the chapters and fine them for nothing when you don’t do your job ?
Panhel did know that that certain chapters have been dirty rushing and send in faked grade reports.
Yes you do pay to get unpleasant GR posts deleted but that’s it.
you do nothing to provide that certain chapters will be able to compete with the top tiers.
