Thoughts? Even tho retention is bad what are the ranks now

Top-tier: Alpha Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Gamma

Upper mid-tier: AOII, Pi Beta Phi, AXO, Gamma Phi Beta

Lower mid-tier: Phi Mu, Chi Omega, Alpha Gamma Delta

Bottom tier: Rest

I might put DG, Pi Phi and GPhi in upper mid and shift everything else down

Unpopular opinion Aphi is not top tier. If you are looking for a great sisterhood and decent grades and fun and somehow retention:
Top AOII, ChiO, PhiMu, Kappa
Middle AXO, DG, PiPhi, APhi / GPhi, AGD, Theta
Bottom no one
