It is impossible to decide who in the top is the best, but the top tier is clear this fall.

Sororities: Alpha Phi, Pi Phi, KKG (in no particular order)

Fraternities: SAE, PIKE, SigEp (in no particular order)

if someone says otherwise they are kidding themselves. These are the top tier houses

This thread is the only one that has got it right. It is getting annoying to listen to middle houses try to bring down the top (DG and AOII and Phi Psi). Those are the top 6 houses, Sig Chi is the only house that is possibly competitive to make it a top 4 fraternities, and the top 3 sororities are obvious.
