These rankings have literally no relation to the way things actually are.

Top Houses: SigEp, SAE, Sig Chi

Middle Teir: Phi Psi D Chi Beta

Then everyone else.

...obviously a Beta-date-a-guy or a delta chi...both are small and insignificant houses...

I think top six are pretty clear, and it starts to get hazy after that.

Top 4 - Phi Psi,Sigma Chi, SigEp and SAE.

From there Delta Chi and Pike round out the top 6. After that it's anybody's game.

Just an opinion though.

drop Delta Chi and just say the Top 5 are Sigma Chi, Sig Ep, Pike, SAE and Phi Psi. The rankings among these vary depending on who you ask

The fact that you guys think any fraternity at the U is respectable is a jok. Worst Greek system I have ever seen.

SAE, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, & PIKE are only considered "top houses" because they have a lot of members. Those chapters also give out bids like water, so of course they have a big houses!

Chi Psi is the house that people should be looking out for. They're back on IFC and their current members have done an insane amount to repair the damage that was done by the guys who graduated.

Kappa Sigma is the Natty Lite of frats...seriously, they were never on the rise. Same goes for ADPhi and DKE.

Sigma Chi is a large house who actually has quality members who are a lot of fun and great guys.

Beta is full of good guys, but they're not exactly the most fun.

Delta Chi could be an okay house if they would get over their sickening obsession with one specific sorority and actually get to know a could others.

Sigma Nu is also a lot of fun and they have some great guys who know how to balance having an awesome social life and still maintaining their
responsibilities. Same goes for Phi Sigma Kappa

Who knows anything about PIKe? Good times - study..service - ?

Who knows anything about Pike? Good times,service, studies..?

Top tier this fall.

Sigma Chi, Sigep, SAE, Phi Psi, PIKE

If you can't make it into one of these houses and obsessively care about ranking, don't join Greek life. If you care about brotherhood, you can find it in any one of the above houses or any of the other houses. Find your fit.
