The actual top house for fall 2013 are the following in no particular order: Kappa Kappa Gamma, Alpha Phi, Alpha Omicron Pi. Followed closely by Pi Beta Phi and Delta Gamma

Just because you are a member of a middle tier chapter does not mean you are top tier. I'm talking to you DG and AOPi.

KKG and APhi are very similar, but Kappa has the best new pledge class. SAE, Sig Chi, Sig Ep and PIKE will always be top houses. But honestly, PIKE's are only "top" because there are girls from APhi and Kappa who associate with a few of them.

I'd love for you to clarify for me what a top tier house is... If its by looks, congrats on being shallow. If it's by social presence, well then DG and PIKE deserve more credit. It doesn't sound like you factor in academics much (hence why we're all in college) because some of these "top tier" houses have a good amount of complete idiots in them!! It should be by philanthropies and community involvement, etc. then followed by what fraternity throws the best parties and what sororities make every invite list... smh
