What are the frat ranks roughly as spring 2019 is coming towards a close soon? Upper, mid, and low tiers?

Top: Pike Sig Chi

Upper Middle: Delt FIJI Theta Chi ADPhi PhiPsi SNU DChi

Middle: Beta Lodge TKE DKE Sammy

Lower: KSig, SigPi, PhiSig

Bottom Lower: Zeta Psi, ASig

Sig ep and SAE not listed because of past allegations

That's ridiculous to not list Sig Ep and SAE considering they still pull top sororitys and are miles ahead of houses such as Delt and ADPhi

Nobody actually believes that AD Phi is a top 10 house

Real Ranks in same format:

Top: Pike, Sig Chi, Sig Ep

Lower Top: SAE, FIJI

Upper Middle: Phi Psi, SNU, Delt, D Chi

Middle: Theta Chi, Beta, DKE, Sammys

Lower Middle: TKE, Lodge, AD Phi

Each tier is also ranked on who has the edge within. Now waiting on AD Phi downvotes
