Which fraternities and sororities are actually the most well liked overall? Seems like people hate most of the "top tier" houses for whatever reason

From my experience, if someone calls a house "middle" or "bottom" tier on this site, they're more likely to be a well-liked house than a "top" house.

People have beef with houses and some love that house. In reality Houses have a lot of different types of people in them so it’s dumb to like or dislike a house because there no way someone knows every mem in it. Talk to members and develop your own opinion
