It’s not like they can wish a house into being? What do you think is available for them to move into? Whatever you’re thinking, I’m sure they’ve checked on it and there’s reasons why it hasn’t worked.
There’s far more effort involved than just wanting a house. It’s not some over night thing. You’re welcome to try navigating the process on your own though, since you think it’s so easy.
