Sororities:
Kappa- Strong Top House. Most goodlooking girls, also probably the best personalities but sometimes seen as too exclusive.
Alpha Phi- Top Tier house. Older girls are much more attractive than the younger girls generally, however the younger girls are generally much more fun and nice
Pi Phi- Sorority on the rise. Girls are getting better and have become a strong Top Tier house
DG- 4th best. Wide range of looks and also probably the least sisterhood within the house but also seen as fun and generally pretty.
AOII- Number 5. Still semi-relevant but not as attractive, fun, or prestigious as any of the 4 above them.

The rest are bottom tier.

Fraternities:
SigEp-Long Standing sorority favorite. Most sororities go here but they are not known for having the most crazy/fun parties. Some amazing guys, some average. Will always be one of the top houses.
SAE- Most exclusive when it comes to sororities. Not a wide variety of sororities go here but they have strong links to a few top houses, especially A Phi which helps them remain a dominant house. Most "fratty" with some expected douchebags that come with that stereotype.
PIKE- Up and Coming house. Has gained a huge reputation in the last year or two and has become a top house. Some of the best guys are in this house but they also have some questionable guys. This house is now a solid top couple houses and is on their way up.
SigChi-One of the top houses but the trouble hurt them.
