how recruitment works from the sorority side of thing

1. They start pre-ranking PNMs as soon as they get the list from Panhel. They have a group of designated girls who go through all of your social media accounts and assign you to a good or bad bump group based on what they find.
2. People from your high school will send in their comments on you. If you have beef with someone from high school that's in a sorority the matching committee will most definitely know and most likely not invite you back after open house.
3. If you talk to the president or VP recruitment you're either a) a legacy, b) someone they really want, c) someone they know, or d) they have conflicting scores on you.
4. Each sorority is different for this part but it is likely that after one or all of the rounds they will put your face and info up on a PowerPoint in front of the whole chapter and talk about you
5. If you're getting invited back to pref they probably want you but I have tons of friends who were given oral bids for their first choice on pref night and didn't end up getting the bid
6. We're told to give subtle oral bids, just not in front of the Rho Alphas so yeah you're not as special as you might think
7. If you suicide bid you have a worse chance of getting the one you want because of how the computer sorting program works
