Alcohol Free Housing: Staff will work to compile an Alcohol Free Housing Task Force to research how this change would impact membership and insurance premiums, and how to potentially and effectively roll out, communicate and enforce such a change. Directors noted that substance-free housing should be included in the expansion model for chartering chapters and new housing, and that a need for alumni involvement is crucial. Undergraduates will be included
in the decision making and task force make up.

Foundation President Hammond will report outcomes of the commission report, staff will speak with legal counsel on insurance incentives, programming at upcoming Carlsons will include round table discussions on substance-free housing and preliminary ground work will be set with the Alcohol Free Task Force before the Board reconvenes this spring.

During rush three of the brothers I talked to were visibly hungover and smelled strongly of alcohol. After a semester my judgements are very clearly correct- they seem to be drunk more often than not and not just an average drunk, a consistent blackout drunk. They need to get that under control.

Sig Ep a Dry House? Two things will happen....

1. They will reject this idea and their national will shut them down for not complying

or

2. They will accept this change and drop fast to bottom tier.

Either way , Sig Ep is screwed.

Not into them so far. Resembling a Ken Doll without any further substance just won't cut it for me. Very douchey vibe. The stories of how y'all act with girls is out as well, and they're unsavory. Maybe develop some morals.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Sig Ep since they have gone "dry" nationwide. A party with no alcohol will seem like a elementary school dance.
