spring rush

I'm an incoming transfer student for this spring semester and want to know what are the best fraternities to rush at.

I would look at as many houses as you can, there's a frat house for everyone and it takes socializing to find out where that is, but assuming you're looking for the parties, sorority connections and alumni I would look at sig ep, pike, sig chi, and SAE.
