How competitive is sorority recruitment? Are there a lot of girls who don't receive bids?

Not super competitive. Most girls will receive a bid, however the reality is that some do not. This year, however, Phi Mu is colonizing on campus and will most likely try to build up a chapter between 130 and 160 like the other chapters on campus. This will remove a huge chunk of girls who don't receive bids.
