Most genuine/natural conversations I have had during recruitment, very chill & trendy girls who seem to be academically driven and passionate about their cause (their Red Dress Gala sounds so amazing)! They're very pretty and some are nice, but many do have a stuck up attitude. PNM's I advise you if you pref a phi, do it because you feel like could call it home, not because you want to be in a top tier house. However, they take the best of the best only

They are very exclusive and have high drop rates because of this. They are amazing at recruitment, but don't be fooled because they do not have a good reputation with personality. If you aren't hot, expect to get dropped the first day.
