They maintain top tier literally by imagining it to be true. Not nearly as hot as they all imagine they are, but they manage to convince everyone else by sheer force of will and $500 worth of Sephora gift cards.

As a non-greek who has gone through recruitment, I've seen many houses. Aphi was by far the most well-rounded. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are actually genuine and kind-hearted girls. Although they get a reputation for being stuck up, they seemed the least fake of almost all the other top and middle tier sororities. Their philanthopy blows everyone else's out of the water. They've had members who have held many leadership positions like hc queen, panhel prez, student body VP. Damn

Girls are known for being snobby, and from my experience, they are. They're pretty and they know it, thats all they have going for them. When I rushed with them they didn't ask me a single thing about myself, only talking about themselves. Although they are considered a middle tier house, I think that its based purely on looks. Hopfully the new member class can help their rep.

While a phi may be a middle tier house for now, I think that is going to change soon. My fraternity was paired with them for homecoming and after hanging out with them all week I think they are my favorite sorority. The girls are all super hot, everyone I talked to was bubbly, classy, and just interesting. They did a great job at showing up to events and proving that they are invested in creating positive relationships with other houses. Can't wait to be paired with them again some day.

K. People who run Frats, they think in terms of buying students. Your goal shouldn't be to buy students, your goal should be to buy wins. And in order to buy wins, you need to buy runs. APHI is trying to replace Elliot Eliason. Kappa sees him & they see a star who's worth 7.5 million a year. What I see is..is..an imperfect understanding of where runs come from. Guy's got a great glove. He gets stuffed. But is he worth the 7.5 millon? No.And if I say it to anybody, I'm-I'm ostracized. I'm a leper

From my experience with several of them, they're beautiful girls but their values are in a weird spot. They're very concerned about appearance and cattiness is a little high. Humbleness would help a lot.

I know not all A phis are like this, but many of the ones I have met are quite loud (not in a good way) and self-entitled. Nothing is more unattractive than thinking you are better than others, ladies.

I have a lot of friends in this chapter, but I will admit they are very stuck up. Nice girls, but some of them just simply think they are better. They wouldn't DARE think about stepping in a middle tier frat, which is why they never branch out. A little humbleness would help.
