They have a smaller house than most of the frats but the basement parties they had were always very packed and the music was pretty good.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 2.2 They are a low tier for sure. They regard themselves as middle/upper which is false lmao. For starters the parties are never even 25% full. Went there with my friends once and like only 4 other girls were there... They're also behind zeta psi out of all houses.
