Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) I'm a little surprised to see them this low at U of M

They are new on campus, so as much I like the guys, I can't give them a high rating just yet. But, now that they have a house, I can see them going up very fast in the next two years or so, and I'm excited to see where they cement themselves. Keep up the good work fellas!
