Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 1.6 I have never felt more vulnerable and scared in any frat house in my life. Every girl on campus has a horror story about a night at SigEp. The new pledges are even scarier versions of the older guys. Avoid at all costs. Don't go here just because its sounds cool. It is unsafe and a recipe for disaster.
