Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 4.0 They were nothing a few years ago but have grown to be one of the biggest chapters on campus. They are getting more involved, but still rough around the edges. They're getting better.

No they're a garbage frat that rarely even gets mentioned as middle tier

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 3.6 As someone who is a member of another house on row, and someone with friends in this house, I can honestly say that these guys are good guys. They aren't the biggest or the most flashy, they are just guys being dudes. They have a solid middle tier presence, and they definitely do not deserve the "bottom tier" reputation that some of the other reviews have said. I see them becoing a upper middle tier to lower top tier house in a few years.

As someone who is a member of another house on row, and someone with friends in this house, I can honestly say that these guys are good guys. Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 1.4 Probably told their new members they are getting a new house, but little do these freshmen know they are getting kick off row by zeta psi and will move way off row. If you didn't know one of these guys earlier, you'll never hear/see them now.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 4.2 Not a top house, but a good house. Big parties, nice guys, good physical house, they aren't a bottom house. They've grown every year. If you actively hate them or think they're creepy like the person below this post you obviously haven't met enough of them. Summary: Not a top house because they are new. Average at most things but rising. Fun parties, nice guys.
