Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 4.4 I love how welcoming Phi Kappa Psi is. I always feel safe when I am at a party at their house. Genuinely nice guys who work hard and play harder. Can get out of control, but they manage themselves.
