Jax, I couldn't agree more except the house IS NOT a gothic timber! It is so obviously a tudor style from the early 20th century. Your taste in frat guys is right on, but your architecture knowledge needs work.

T Jax you’re like 50 years old. Get off of this and back to being a motivated dad. How about we have a cigar and talk this out

One of the smaller social fraternities on campus, but with the strongest brotherhood I've seen, and such quality, friendly gentlemen (the rowdiest gentlemen you'll meet), Phi Sig is by far my favorite house on campus.

Fun, rowdy group of guys. Small chapter, but their brotherhood is one of the strongest on campus. Guys don't care that they're a small house. This fraternity had some rough years recently but are currently on the upswing with their past few pledge classes.

12 Actives doesn't make for a super popular house. Probably one of the least popular. Guys in it don't mind however and have a decent brotherhood.

This chapter may be smaller than some others, but they have the most impressive brotherhood bond of any of the fraternities I've seen! I liked these men from the minute I met them because they're so friendly, but I've truly grown to love them like my own brothers because they would do anything for their brothers, sweethearts, or even just the friends they've grown close to. This is truly an outstanding chapter and anyone should be proud to call themselves a Phi Sig!

Phi Sig at Minnesota has a beautiful, gothic timbered building. You'll notice the impossibly steep roof - hard to miss when walking down University Ave., compared to all the boxey, same-old fraternities. It's kinda Ivy League. Phi Sig is located right next to the new dorm on 18th Ave, w/a massive parking lot in back. The brothers have an excellent GPA, strong community and leadership programs, extensive networking with alumni for jobs, all built on solid brotherhood and primo social events.
