Just because anyone can join your frat and go to your parties does not make you a top house. Maybe if you start being more selective on who can join and who can attend your parties things will change.

Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 3.5 kinda far from row making tailgates hard to get too and therefore not many people go to them. pledge class was a melting pot this year, some good some not. have three big parties that are good: black friday, RAD, Islander. Formals are off the wall. Usually pregame at the bridges. Heard they have good chemistry among themselves. If you were to compare them to food, they would not be your Fogo de Chão nor would they be McDonald's, and they're not as popular as chipotle but still tastes the same so they're more like a Qdoba.

But it has only brought them closer together. They have some stuff to work on, but they are a force to be reckon with on this campus.
