Sure Theta's aren't number one, but I haven't met a Theta yet who is not classy and fun! Apparently that's not what makes a chapter a "top house" but these girls definitely have their priorities straight. We could all learn a lesson from them.

Their recruiting policies are questionable but at the end of the day they are considered a top house. And unlike SAE, these men are friendly and respectful.

I've got some friends in a few fraternities so i've been to a couple houses. Sigma Chi was by far the most fun.
