new house.. don't even have girls yet. chi o has a good rep in all my buddies houses but so far ours is all of the other recruitment rejects.

AOPi got even hotter this year. They are top three with Alpha Phi and KKG. But actually, those three houses were the most asked back number one consecutively throughout recruitment.

What I think is cool about Phi Sig is, now that they're solidly mid-sized with such great rush success, they've kept the strong brotherhood that they are known for. They're also great neighbors, and are friends with the other chapters. You can tell Phi Sig is now becoming a threat to those few bloated chapters that rely solely on numbers because the haters are starting to blast them on Greekrank. Good grades, fun social scene, great alumni: the whole package is good.

I only know a couple guys in Phi Sig, but I have never thought of them as being classy at all. They are all full of themselves, and they think they run the place and that everyone loves them. No one even knows who they are. They exemplify the "frat douche" image.

The problem we're trying to solve at the U of M Greek life is that there are rich fraternity's and there are poor fraternity's. Then there's fifty feet of crap, and then there's SAE. It's an unfair game. And now SAE has been gutted. They're like organ donors for the rich. Boston's taken their kidneys, Yankees have taken their heart. And you guys just sit around talking the same old "good body" nonsense like we're selling jeans. Like we're looking for Fabio. We've got to think differently.

I know these SAE guys. I know the way they think, and they will erase us. And everything we've done here, none of it'll matter. Any other team wins the World Series, good for them. They're drinking champagne, they get a ring. But if we win, on our budget, with this team... we'll have changed the game. And that's what I want. I want it to mean something.

I like this house, but it's really annoying when they write shout outs to themselves on Minnesota secret admirers and act as if they're a top house. Don't get me wrong, they're a good house...but not a 'top house'.
