Being not on row hurts them, however, the house is pretty cool looking and definitely unique. Seems like there's been a lot of money put into their property lately. They just had apartments built right next door exclusively for them, supposedly they are pretty dope. Never had a problem with any of their guys. Varying interests, some guys I vibed with, some less so.

High rankings here because people mention their strong sisterhood. Definitely not top tier, but definitely not the bottom of the bottom like AGD. They’ve been getting with their recent pledge classes. Probably on the same level as phi mu
