Beta really loves to flex their gpa. They can take all the credit for having the best frat gpa on campus, but every other aspect of their brotherhood needs a lot of work. Social life is poor, involvement is poor. They are your typical beta men

Rank adjustment for being so classless! Fell from top 5 years ago. Just because anyone can join your frat and go to your parties does not make you a top house. Maybe if you start being more selective on who can join and who can attend your parties things will change.

I thought this was supposed to be a top house to party at. Couldn't have been more disappointed. After reading the other posts it sounds like it has gone down hill the last couple of recruitment classes. Better options are Phi Psi or even Fiji
