Great group of guys and are very involved on campus. Their house has improved tremendously over the past 5 years. Phi Delts are making strides to become one of the top houses on campus and are well-liked by many. Although they're a dry house, you can always find their guys out on the weekends.

Comparable to FarmHouse, TKE, SigEp
