Top tier - Delts ATO SigEp (no order just depends on the night)
Upper middle- k sig ,tke ,farmhouse
Middle - beta , du, phi delt, thumpers
Lower -agr, phi psi

I’d say watch out for SAE within the next few years. They just came back and have a huge house.

Top 3 for sure i would say from my perspective ato is more of a 8-10:30 or 11 or whenever Delts starts to throw. Sig eps chapter room is insane but people can only do it for so long before it gets hot asf

I agree Lambda has been taking the best PC for severals Year’s now. They are definitely one of the top if not the top
