Help me with COB

Sorority open bidding is starting up again. Can anyone give me some insight or a small description/thought on the houses going through COB. I’m open to the process but want some insight on where to begin this process or which ones to seek out

Talk to them all and form your own options. The COB fair is on zoom so talking to every house should be pretty easy
