My chapter is not. The semester if halfway over, so at this point you might just wanna wait until spring bc you're gonna have to pay at least some dues to get initiated, so you might as well get a full semester out of it. If you wait until next semester, you'll have more houses to pick from too. That's just my two cents.

Personally, I think COB is a lot better than formal recruitment (it's honestly kind of traumatizing) so I would say definitely do COB in the spring, then you get to do greek week, which is super fun. Honestly, as far as which houses you should look into, what are you looking for in a house? How would you describe your personality?

Pretty much everyone is because of the low numbers this year. Personally I think your best bet is to do as many COB activities as you can in the spring.
Also, be careful not to judge a chapter based on just their social media, and please please don’t base judgements off of GreekRank! It’s worth trying something at every house to get a good perspective of where you’d fit

Any ideas which ones might still be doing it in the Spring so I know which Instagram pages to check out? Any people out there willing to give me their “positive” ideas about each house. Don’t know if I want to do spring or next year. Trying to figure out which one I fit in best with.
