Everyone Please Read

I decided to check this site out of curiosity and to no surprise this place is incredibly toxic. To incoming freshman, I have met great people in many different houses—both fraternities and sororities. On the contrary, I have met awful people in these same houses but that is life there are a lot of people you will meet in college. Do not let the constant bashing deter you from rushing. What you see on this website is not at all representative of the Greek community at Iowa State as it is a great thing to be a part of. It doesn’t matter if you rush Delts or Sig Tau, or Chi O or Theta. If that is the place you want to rush and it is a place you truly feel comfortable and at home at then that is where you should go. To everyone else, y’all need xans and Buddhism. Seriously, take a deep breath. What does smearing other houses accomplish especially when it isn’t true or just a half-truth? “I’ve heard this, I’ve heard that”.. speculation and rumors are unnecessary and counterproductive. If the community here is ever going to become something of itself that steers away from the stereotypes of what people generalize us as then it needs to end. Anyways, rush SAE
