What is a "snap bid"?

Basically a snap bid is something that a chapter can give you drop recruitment. Definitely not something to rely on though, finish the process! But if you do drop and get one your rho Gamma will call you and tell you the morning of bud day and will ask you if you’d like to accept a bid from ____ house.
