delts becoming lambda chis?

Heard pretty much the entire Delt chapter plans to become Lambda Chis. Will they move to the Lambda Chi house or stay at DTD and have two Lambda Chi houses?

Heard the Lambda Chi house is pretty full but they will be changing the DTD letters to LXA, so yes Lambda Chi will have two houses.
