They used to be a solid upper middle like 5 years ago but their PCs have kept getting worse and worse (have u seen PC 17 lol?) and their rep with frats is becoming "smart and boring". Now they're an average undesirable middle of the road house and slipping fast

PiPhi is the walmart low budget version of ADPi . A consolation prize for anyone who doesn't get a upper middle or top house
