spring recruitment?

Im sure Delta Gamma is (they are ALWAYS looking for recruits, they are desperate). But I would highly advise against joining them, they have a 70% drop-out rate. I think SK will most likely as well but also be careful with them because those girls can be seriously awful to each other. I'd honestly say to just wait until next fall when you can get into the better sororities during formal recruitment. There's a reason why these sororities are taking girls right now and it's usually because no one wants to join them.

Nice to see the panhellenic attitude alive and well... I don't think the community knows yet which sororities are able to take women this semester; it depends what the campus total is and whether or not a chapter is below that for the semester. There will probably be some information on informal recruitment at clubfest which I think is this week, but if not you should check with the office of greek affairs, or whatever they're calling it now. And please, don't listen to the catty people that tell you which sororities you should want to join, because they don't know you and what you're looking for. If you're looking to join a sorority just for the image, then by all means, go for it, though that contributes to the iffy reputation that sororities have. Just my two cents.
