new house

If a new sorority were to colonize, which one would you want to see? (this is 100% hypothetical and just for fun)

Off the top of my head, Tri-Sigma. I'm like one of the first women in my family to go greek and not be a Tri-Sig.
I think one of the smaller sororities like Alpha Sigma Tau or Phi Sigma Sigma would be interesting because I don't think they have a lot of chapters at big schools. On the other hand, I interned with a woman last summer who was in one of those small houses and she said they had maybe 10 alumni in the DSM area.
Realistically: I think Phi Mu or Zeta Tau Alpha are probably two of the only ones that I think would have the available alumni/nationals support to get a chapter here off the ground.

I've often wondered if a sorority like Zeta or Alpha Xi would be able to operate at ISU without a house. I know a lot of people in different chapters complain about how expensive it is to live in their house. I've also heard other people say they would have joined a sorority if they wouldn't have been forced to live in a house.

I'd like to see a smaller house too! I like PM and Zeta, but I feel like they're a little stronger in the south than they are up here.
