fraternity tiers

Here's how I see the fraternities (with houses) as they stand going into the fall .
Top tier: Sig Ep, Delts, Pike, Farmhouse, Sig Pi, AGR
Middle: Phi Delt, Tke, Sig Chi, Pi Kapp, Phi Psi, FIJI
Low: ATO, Beta, DU, Theta Chi, Acacia, Delta Chi, Alpha Sigma Phi, Thumpers, Kappa Sig, Lambda Chi, Beta Sigma Psi, Phi Kappa Theta, Adelante, Theta Xi, Akles

I would definitely drop Sig Pi to middle for sure. It's tough to really put AGR in a tier because they're so much different in the way they recruit compared to every other house. I don't know if Pi Kap deserves mid tier yet either they still need to work their way back from their fiasco a few years ago. Other then that I pretty much agree. Although I also think the whole tiers thing is kind of stupid once you hit Junior year.
