Solid small to medium-sized house if that's what you are looking for. Seemed like a great group of guys, very tight knit. Not as well known because they aren't a party house.

I was torn between this house and another one that was fairly similar. I met some of the guys and they seemed pretty laid back but genuine. Definitely worth stopping by if you don't want to join a big house.

I have no idea why they are ranked so high. They are kind of like the fraternity that you have no idea they exist until you get paired with them for homecoming or greek week.

Able to deal with pandemic well, shows that they care for each other in hard times, work well together at trying to keep academic and social strength high. No big partiers but find fun in positive activities to help establish life long brotherhood.

This fraternity is not a real one. They are more concerned with their image then they are brotherhood. They kicked out established brothers to save face and didn’t even bother to work with them. Also, most of them are nerds and I would not bother.
