Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 3.6 There's a lot of nice guys and their involvement is really 2nd to none. My only complaint is that they dress like douche bags at all times. I think they actually sleep in khaki shorts, sperrys, a visor, and sunglasses.
