Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 3.6 These guys are cool and all, but they got lucky last year. They won YLH and got second in HC and GW but that doesn't mean they are all of a sudden on track to become a large house. They need A LOT more work for that to happen. That being said if I were one of these guys that's what I would be shooting for. Good luck guys.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 5.0 Really cool bunch of guys. They know how to party but are also gentlemen and stay classy and respectful. They pull a lot of weight in the pairing they are a part of and are on track to become a major house in the next few years. Great guys and hope they keep heading in the same direction.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 5.0 Everyone hates on them for the trampoline in the front yard, but they're just jealous. When it comes to small houses, these guys are by far the most active of them all. From winning YLH and placing in homecoming and GW last year, these guys are on the up and up. Don't be surprised to see them as a big house in a few years. Plus they're one of the only houses on campus to still throw ragers in their basement, so there's that.
