Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 4.2 Great group of guys. Treated me well. Had a pretty dope party with a solid ratio. Had a good time and it was a good environment. I would definitely go back.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 1.0 Treated terribly when I went to their parties. Some of the guys are cool others are rude and disrespectful. Their parties could be a lot better, more of a last resort party type of place. They seem great at first until you get to know them.

My guess is you've never been in their house, it's rich in tradition. they have lot's of old pictures and a neat cross on the main floor.
