Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 3.7 Sig is known as a party frat, smoke a lot of weed and have a bad rep. Definitely surprised they haven't been kicked off campus yet. Lots of things tend to happen at their parties but that's because many people don't pay attention and tend to take drinks from guys there, they do offer lots of alc to girls. The guys are really nice and a lot of fun to be around (even when they are sober). It's honestly just your own opinion, they are working on becoming a better chapter.
