Not sure how anyone doesn't know they are a top house. Looks, grades, Greek Week, Homecoming, and try hard to keep true to their rules. It's not easy because they are college students. A lot of house have skeletons or aren't perfect but it's hard to be able to judge this house. Pretty perfect when it comes to college sororities. Get to know them and then respond.
