Though they may be a tad too social on the weekends and find themselves hovering over toilets by the end of the night, they're super fun to be around and they are all so sweet. They might need to tone it down on the weekend intake a little.

These guys have always put their guests first, whether it is walking home a drunk group of girls or having people over on the weekends. Their brother hood is great, involvement could improve but in general there is no way you can go there and not find someone you would like in the house. Always very welcoming group

These guys don't care about any other male that isn't in their house. All they care about is drinking and getting on a girl and I don't see why girls ever go there in the first place. Only things I have ever experienced and heard about pike has been negative
