A house on the rise! Nicest house on campus, coupled with very nice girls. This last pledge class was the best they have had and if I had to guess this house will keep improving every year. Should definitely be a top choice for incoming freshman

I am part of a small STEM sorority with limited resources and the delts were a first class pairing for Greek week. Every single guy we encountered was extremely down to earth and caring which is a rarity in the Greek community. They were willing to host us in their brand new mansion whenever need be. Delts are very passionate guys and a pleasure to be around

These guys try hard, way too hard. Folded their chapter in the 2000s because they couldn’t recruit enough guys. Nowadays, they sustain themselves by snitching on other houses and filling their instagram bios with “DU top House”

Sig Ep has some of the coolest guys and most fun parties on campus. They have been in trouble with the university lately and rumor has it they are going dry. Hope they can remain a top house

This house is full of girls that join a sorority for the instagram cred. Pretty sure most of their members are known to drop after two years
