They can work with you on dues and are understanding if you can't make it to a required event. No judgment or negative comments tolerated at any level. They will always talk behind ur back and dictate what you do all the time. You cannot be an independence person there. Harassment and bullying happen once you are initiated the drama never stops it always involves more and more people picking sides.
