agree this post was accurate but seriously DDD can't do anything right and had that horrible debacle with racism last yr, all current members are top house rejects and the only thing they remotely had going for them was scandals and they got beat out by AOP and DG and didn't make the show DDD has fallen completely out of the top 5 and a valid argument could be made placing them at the bottom of the middle these days

STOP saying this and pretending that you know all the return rates. If you're a chapter adviser you MAY know your house's rates. Any you may have gossiped and think you know what another house's rates are, but YOU DON"T KNOW. You only know what you've been told and I'm willing to be that if someone has bad enough manners to ask about a house's return rates they're probably going to be lied to and laughed at. I don't know if you're just stupid or if you are trying to scam people but just stop.
