ChiO being mentioned as a top house....said no one ever! Snap bids do not equal a great house! Quit trying so hard.....said every other house! I am (honest to God) not a GPhi, but your obsession with them is disconcerting. It's making checking GR not nearly as fun. Do you realize that you are making them look much better than they probably are ( I literally know 4 GPhi's - they are lovely girls, but worthy of this attention?? IDK)? How many negative posts are made about the consensus lower houses? None, it's cruel and everyone knows it. By having to convince others that GPhi's are bad, you are giving them power and making them worthy of such virtriol. You can't see it, but everyone else can. Please STOP - or continue to make your house look bad!!

no one said anything about top houses just houses way over total but I guess you showed people the reason for your hate of ChiO no one hates on bottom houses and no house goes over total snap bidding I think you must be a phsyco non Greek creeping social media because you clearly don't understand Greek recruiting

First, I agree with the comment that no one hates on the bottom houses. That's why everyone takes the hateful comments about Theta, Kappa, G Phi, DDD, and Pi Phi with a grain of salt. Everyone knows it's jealousy talking. Chi O is different, though. I don't see many hating on them for things like poor performance on campus events. Mostly people are critical of their unremitting blast of comments rotating their hate on the houses listed above. People wouldn't even mention Chi O on here if it weren't for that.

Well said. People wouldn't talk about chi omega at all if they weren't causing trouble on Greek Rank. It is the only reason they have any notoriety at all. I guess that house thinks negative attention is better than no attention at all.

When I see this kind of comment I wonder who they are trying to convince. I see that my house is not going to spring recruit but we are actually taking two girls that we already know. We're not advertising it because we've already filled our spots, but we are not 10% over. Chi O had to snap bid for the last four years so unless they've spring recruited they are under total. You can't take more than quota by snap bid. Many of the other houses mentioned (including the ones that they said are spring recruiting) took quota additions and so have cushion for girls who graduate early or leave for nursing school or other hsc programs.
Another thing. There is nothing wrong with spring recruiting. Some are required by inter-nationals if it is offered. Some are restricted to formal recruitment only. Maybe someone from a house that can't is trying to turn that into a virtue. If you get a bid to a house you like in the spring. Take it. There is nothing wrong with a house that gives bids in the spring.
So this is just a warning to anyone who cares enough to read this website. The information you see being commented here is often wrong and in fact intentionally misleading. My house is a perfect example. We're being lied about by someone trying to piggyback on our popularity. Don't believe it.

guess someone gave your house a compliment it didn't deserve didn't deserve but the house total and current membership of each house is recorded within OU Panhellenic so I'm guessing you are DDD by elimination with PBP and XO being over total
